Pricing
All quotes are base prices. Payment is expected at the time of service. Additional costs may be incurred based on contingencies such as the need for ladders, respirators, crawling into and under structures, maneuvering on top of or under structures in icy or other inclement conditions, physical proximity (e.g. using a catch pole), the potential danger presented by the animal, or if the conditions present inherent risk to the wellbeing of the operator.
Burrowing rodent operations
50% payment is required up front for large scale operations. Gassing procedures utilize carbon monoxide (motor-based exhaust) to eliminate burrowing mammals in large underground tunnels. These tunnels create systems that damage crops and/or livestock. Mitigation requires repeated and consistent treatment. This treatment is not harmful to humans, pets, or livestock as it dissipates quickly underground; however, the State requires the following disclaimer be provided:
Should you or a family member experience any symptoms associated with carbon monoxide poisoning within 24 hours of this treatment, such as headache, dizziness, weakness, nausea, vomiting, chest pain, or confusion, remove the person from the area where the onset of symptoms occurred and call 911 or seek medical attention.
